Professionalism and Experience
You don’t need to navigate this journey alone. 1001 Fresh Starts’ Coaching is Trauma Informed, and provides for you, your personal fan club, someone who is there to cheer you on, help you stay on track, and to lift you up!
Doing “Alone” is great for a time of reflection, a quiet walk along a mountain stream, but you and I are created for Community. It is in the context of relationship that we see our authentic selves mirrored through the eyes of another.
